California Science Center
A part of the Exposition Park, the California Science Center is one of LA's popular attractions. Recent multi-million dollar renovations have propelled this former museum to star-like status as a cultural tourist attraction.

Getty Center
Sitting in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, this 110-acre complex includes a museum, research complex and conservation institute. The museum galleries are housed in five connected pavilions, each with a different collection focusing on European drawings, paintings, sculpture, illustrated manuscripts and decorative arts, as well as European and American photography.

Los Angeles County Museum of Art
With its vast, comprehensive collection of over 100,000 pieces from the United States, Europe, Korea, the Middle East, and Latin America, the Los Angeles County Museum of Art is a southern California treasure. It’s also the largest museum of its kind to the west of the city of Chicago.

Los Angeles Zoo
Situated adjacent to the Museum of the American West, the LA Zoo has been in operation since 1966. An arboretum as well as a zoo, the lush recreated habitats are main attractions. Be sure to see Chimpanzees of the Mahale Mountains, the Red Ape Rainforest and Pachyderm Forest.

Natural History Museum
A favorite of children in particular, the Natural History Museum boasts exciting permanent exhibits that range from the time of dinosaurs to pre-Columbian artifacts. It’s the largest natural history museum in the west of the country with a collection of 33 million specimens.

A haven for artists, musicians and health nuts, Ojai was founded in the 1800s, making it one of the oldest towns in Ventura County. A village of about 8,000 inhabitants, Ojai is unique in that it is nestled in the Ojai Valley and surrounded by peaks, which glow in the evening sun - called "the pink moment."

Santa Barbara
Discover world-famous Santa Barbara. It's the home of former President Ronald Reagan (Reagan Ranch Center), University of California at Santa Barbara, Stearns Wharf, Santa Barbara Zoo, Museum of National History and Maritime Museum.

Staples Center
Home of the Los Angeles NBA teams, the Clippers and the Lakers, as well as the WNBA’s Sparks and the NHL’s LA Kings, Staples is a dynamic sports venue. It’s also an awesome event center for mega-musical concerts by super stars like Van Halen and Madonna.

The Greek Theatre
A truly memorable place to attend a concert or performance, this renowned outdoor theater in the heart of Griffith Park has been the premiere venue in Los Angeles for more than 75 years.

The Hollywood Wax Museum
See life-like wax models of persons from history, as well as real celebrities and movie stars such as Harrison Ford and Marilyn Monroe.

The Music Center
Amazing performances take place at one of the biggest performing arts centers in the United States, which includes a complex of performance venues for several different companies.
